Klosters
Klosters is a small pretty skiing village popular with British Royal family just 6 miles from Davos and part of the Parsenn ski area. It’s a well preserved friendly ski village famously known to attract the rich and famous. Transfer time is just under 5 hours from Geneva and under 2 hours from Zurich, making it a great ski weekend trip if you’re flying to Zurich.
Skiing in Klosters
The Klosters and Davos Rega ski-pass provides ski access to over 300 km of pistes over 85 runs, serviced by an extensive lift system (52 lifts in total) of cable cars, chair lifts, railways and draglifts. The resort is quite low at 1200m but with the highest lift at 2800m this isn’t a problem. Skiing here is probably more suited to the advanced and intermediate but that doesn’t mean beginners will struggle here though with 21 blue runs. Snowboarding is good here too with 3 snowboard parks.
Things to do in Klosters
When you want to take a break from skiing there are also many restaurants, bars and nightclubs to keep you entertained. In addition there is ice skating, ice hockey and swiming pools available too.
